Pas de deux

In ballet, a pas de deux (French, literally “step of two”) is a dance duet in which two dancers, typically a male and a female, perform ballet steps together. Partnering classes are an important part of the training for male and female ballet students.
Pas de deux requires a great deal of trust, communication, and coordination between partners. Therefore, future ballet dancers should take the time to develop these skills to excel in their careers.
